About the event
Join award-winning Monty Booch Co-Founder & Head Brewer James for a hands-on kombucha workshop where you'll discover the fundamentals of kombucha brewing, experiment with natural flavourings, and create your own blend to bottle and take home. Perfect for beginners and enthusiasts alike.
The kombucha making class starts with a welcoming kombucha mocktail, followed by a discussion around the basics of brewing kombucha and dealing with some of the common pitfalls you might encounter. You will then flavour your own brews using a variety of flavours from our "flavour Station" before enjoying some delicious grazing boards paired with our very own kombucha.
You can then bottle your concoctions before we have a Q&A to answer any brewing questions. Finally, they will send you home with your very own SCOBY so you can continue brewing at home.
